Shipping:
By choosing a shipping method, you are asking “OLC” to use a third party transporter to deliver your order to you. “OLC” makes no representations about the legality of shipping alcoholic beverages. The site lists those states to which the third party carriers will not deliver alcohol. Third party transporters do not provide insurance for alcohol delivery. Therefore, you agree to hold “OLC” harmless for any damage and/or breakage that may arise in the transport of the products that have been purchased.
Oaksliquors.com can only ship its products within the United States. We cannot ship to the following states PA, IL, additional shipping charges will also apply to order(s) shipped to Hawaii and Alaska.
Oaksliquors.com will not ship to any college campus or dormitory in or around the surrounding area of that college in any state. We cannot ship to any P.O. Box or APO addresses as well. If there is a necessity for your to send a gift to a collegue that works at a college campus then please try to obtain their personal home address, so that your package may shipped to the home address.
Important: If your shipping information is not complete (such as apartment or suite number) and the package is returned to us. There will be an additional $10.00 to $25.00 shipping charge if and when we re-ship your order. Please check to be sure that we have all your correct shipping information.
Oaksliquors.com ships its products through a third party (FedEx). The charges for shipping your package are directly based on the amount that Fedex charges us for the shipment of your package(s). Those rates are based on your zip code and are calculated as such. We charge an additional $5.00 for handling,which is automatically calculated into the shipping rate. Also, please be aware that we use special shipping containers to ship our liquor, if you are requesting the original packaging of the item you have ordered, you must specify this in the "special instructions section" of your order. Additional Shipping charges may apply. This helps to prevent and minimize breakage during the transport of your products. There is no insurance on shipping liquor, so therefore if the package is broken and or damaged in transit please contact our concierge at the time of delivery, so that we may try to rectify this issue as it arises.
Passage of Title and Availability of Merchandise:
When your credit card company approves your order, you own the product(s). Ownership has transferred from "OLC" to you, the purchaser. However, because most of the products on the "OLC" website are also sold at a retail level, item(s) in your order may not be available after the time of purchase. "OLC" reserves the right to notify you of such unavailability and you will have the option to either cancel the sale of that item with a full refund or select a different item(s). Please allow 24 hours for the refund to appear on your banking institution.
In case of a return(s) you must notify us within 3 business days after receipt of the signed package. We will generate a "Return Package Label" to the email address provided in your profile.
