The Thomas S. Moore brand is a new series of cask finished bourbons from the Barton 1792 Distillery. Starting with our signature high-rye mash bill, Thomas S. Moore is aged for many years in new charred oak casks before being refilled in various casks for an additional 1-3 years. This extended-cask finish is truly unique. The result is a refined and elegant whiskey, with each expression showing a distinct flavor profile.
