Teeling Single Cask Irish Whiskey Chestnut Cask

Teeling Distillery in Dublin for the first time in generations, with a healthy stock of the now legendary old Cooley stocks on hand they have begun to release rare single casks of the best they have to offer. Aged for twelve years primarily in an ex-Bourbon barrel and finished in a rare port barrel from the Carcavelos region this single malt is vibrant, layered and mouth-watering. Notes include white chocolate, cut hay, banana chips, lavender honey, green apples, buttered toast, dried apricots, kumquat and vanilla.
