Springbank 9 Years Old Local Barley 57.7 Proof
It's the fourth release in Springbank's Local Barley series, and once again those distillers in Campbeltown. This one was made using optic barley from High Cattadale Farm, with the spirit matured in 80% bourbon casks and 20% sherry casks. It's very impressive stuff.
