Penca Azul is crafted by the Ruiz Family with over 100 years of experience in the art of making fine tequila. Penca Azul is made from 100% blue agave plants that are cooked in brick ovens, fermented naturally and doubled distilled. Penca Azul Reposado is made in small batches and aged to perfection in fine oak barrels. This bottling is a limited edition and one of only 600 bottles.
