Aroma: Initial sweetness. Notes of candied orange peel, toffee, cinnamon, caramel and honey, with hints of dark dried fruits. On the Palate: Flavors of sherry, black cherry, apple and sweet honey, developing in to a salty tang, with hints of spice. Finish: Long, with hints of sweet smoke.
