A pale straw coloured whisky with a mellow, sweet nose of vanilla custard, icing sugar, liquorice and glace cherries. On the palate it is creamy and sweet initially, with vanilla custard then dark chocolate and liquorice adding bite to the taste. The finish is long, lingering and dry with a slight woody note.
