Fireside Colorado Bourbon

A touch of sweetness from Colorado corn, with a balanced spice from rye and a hint of smoke from the American-sourced barley. Fermented mash with home-grown yeast, then distilled in custom copper still. Fireside is carefully aged in #3 char American white oak barrels resulting in its signature smoky flavor and aroma. Toasted oak fills the nose, while caramel and vanilla notes rest on the palate. Fireside finishes smooth and robust, like a great American bourbon should.
