Daftmill 12 Years Old 2007 Limited Edition Winter Batch

A fruity nose suggests fresh apple pie with lashings of cinnamon, madeira
cake and marzipan develop with time along with perhaps a fruiter melon note.
The palate follows this character with building hints of spice and white
pepper on the mid palate. With a little time in the glass the spirit dances between
stewed fruit and yet more baking spice. A pleasingly long finish finds an unexpected earthy note mingling with waves of vanilla and some sweeter fruits.
