Charbay Hop Flavored Whiskey Release III

In 1999, Miles and Marko hand-distilled 22 barrels of whiskey in Charbay's Copper Alambic Charentais Pot Still. As they sat beside the still, they decided to release the whiskey in stages. Release III is a ten barrel release. Aged for 6 years in French oak and 8 years out of oak. Bottled in 2013. A limited edition, one of only 2713 bottlings.
