Ardbeg is known for being the peatiest and smokiest of all the Islay malts, yet it also has a fruity floral sweetness and complexity to the spirit. Ardbeg, having been voted Best Scotch Whisky in the world, not one but three times, decided to take spirit making one step further and venture into space. Ardbeg Galileo- a celebration of Ardbeg, the first spirit in space. Matured in both ex-Marsala and ex-Bourbon barrels.
